Safety Deposit Box at Bank

My family has almost always had a small safety deposit box for some of my grandma's old jewelry, some coins and stuff. My dad said that a lot of banks aren't renting out safety deposit boxes anymore. Do they have them at your bank?

At least one of my local banks has them but I gather they are gradually disappearing.
