Yes, Seth was the third son of Adam. He was given to replace the blessed seed line of God that was originally with Abel. (Gen. 3:25) (Gen. 5:6-32)

Whereas Seth's line represented those of God, Cain's line represented those of Satan. (1 John 3:12) (Gen. 4:16-24)

Adam lived to be 930 years old. (Gen. 5:5) And he had many more sons and daughters. (Gen. 5:4)
