The trend follows an emerging underground economy in which migrants say they desperately need vehicles to build their new lives, but in a place that makes it practically impossible for them to own or drive them legally. So many risk the threat of arrest.

So they are living off our tax dollars for their every need. Buying cars for cash to get to jobs where they are working under the table for money to send home. And obviously all of these agencies helping to assist them see no problem with any of this. It is too hard for them, it takes too long, most don't qualify for asylum and they know this too so let's let them stay and break our laws, cost taxpayers even more money when they wreck the vehicles the taxpayers are driving who need that vehicle to get to that job, to pay their taxes and insurance and feed their families while the illegals are being provided with free housing, food medical and sending their money back to their country,
