Does the Bible contradict itself? For example Matthew says that Mary and Joseph were living in Bethlehem and Luke says that they were living in Nazareth but they moved to Bethlehem because of the Roman census why is that?

Maybe one simply gave more detail than the other. That's not a contradiction.
