I knew someone who worked for the small time ISP we used and he claimed he could read my emails and watch as I surfed the internet. That was creepy and I told the owner who promptly fired him.

Oh, I'm watching you, Lamb

In seriousness , no, not that I know of. I recently got a friend request from a young female that lists no books read, movies liked or much of anything else. I declined that request, of course.

Oh, you know, many accused me of things I never even dreamt of doing! Classic mix-up, I guess. So, naturally, I blamed it on the writers or searches I used. It's like my computer has a secret life of its own!

But hey, no harm done. People tried to make me feel bad, but I figure their karma's got a GPS, and it'll catch up with them eventually. I won't be there to say, "I told you so." Nope, they'll be too deep in the rabbit hole, and you know me—I stay on the surface. The Bible's my guide, keeps me away from the Wonderland chaos!

Perusing this thread again got me thinking about a couple of short conversations I had working retail at night (service station).

Middle aged female comes in after getting fuel while 2 other customers are filling up: another female and a male. While in the store alone with me, she comments that she thinks the male (outside) is stalking her. Like he's been following her around in his vehicle. She doesn't ask me to call the police, and she doesn't look all that distressed. My spidey sense didn't tingle, I didn't feel any real fear coming from her. I don't say anything.

As she is leaving, the male and other female from outside come in - he comes to the counter first, her waiting behind. Bemusedly, I mention that the female that just left said she thought he was stalking her. The guy gives an exasperated look and rolls his eyes, says something to the effect of "oh my gosh....sheesh".

"In her dreams eh?" I ask

"Yeah" he replies and leaves

The other female waiting in line barely conceals a laugh.
