Based on how you responded here: link I somehow doubt that any history interests you enough to do more than surface look beyond whatever your school and entertainment taught you, however, since you list as a Christian and presumably read the bible:

Proverbs 22:7 The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.

Applies to both individuals and groups of individuals (ie: nations).

I understand what Jackson did, but I don't know about Lincoln and how does that tie in to the Civil War?
