It speaks to the 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ. He is coming with 'clouds' as he left with clouds. (Acts 1:9-11) Everyone will be able to see Him, both the Jews, who pierced Him, and the Gentiles. They will wail because the majority at this time have not followed God or Christ and now they must face Him.
