We all have our spiritual journey.... Some of us have spoken a bit about that. I really tend to limit personal stuff online and so I've been hesitant - and will continue to be. But the basic journey (now some years past) of Catholic to Lutheran is known.
My purpose here is to share what resources influence that journey?
Where do we go for information, inspiration, "food?"
I assume for all, at the top of that list would be Scripture.
And that's true for me, too. Partly though Sunday Worship. Partly through two weekly Bible studies that I lead, another that I attend. And partly just through short daily readings as a part of my devotional life.
I use to read books and articles - not much anymore; time is just too short and WAY too disjointed. It's hard to find an hour or two of uninterrupted time for that. So it's become mostly internet sites, videos I can view in 10-15 minutes or so (maybe view several times). They are more apt to be cognitive, theological things (because I'm a theology junkie) but sometimes purely devotional or inspirational.
Right now, there are primarily 3 internet sites where I go....
"Just & Sinner" Dr. Jordan B. Cooper
He is the seminary president for The Association of American Lutheran Churches.
Originally Reformed but converted to Lutheranism in college.
Very insightful... wise... void of polemics and slogans.

I found Austin's site some time ago when it was just a small project of a Moody Bible student but it's really grown.
An "Evangelical" and quite ecumenical (I mean that in the best sense) and just strikes me as "real." I like him.
Unlike most such sites, he has a lot of guests. Good ones.
