Is the supervisor Dutch? I wouldn't mind. I'm used to that. I rather have rude bluntness than talking behind your back. Just be blunt too. They may appreciate it. I had one super annoying manager and we had to fill in a list with points about what we liked and didn't like about the workplace, him etc. Anonymously of course. So he was a bozo who tried to get rid of me and tried to drive me crazy, so I just put in that form on a scale from 1 to 5 what do you think about his functioning? 1. Does he do this good? Nope. 1. And that? Nope. 1. Lol so he got the results and we were all there and he said that one person filled it in very negative and he wanted to know who that was, so everyone was quiet or said: ehm this is anonymous. He didn't care. He wanted to know. Lol I have to think about Louis de Funes now. Mois! So I said: Me! It was me! I think it's quite lousy altogether how you treat me. LOL and he was so happy with the honesty. Hilarious. He really got friendlier when I became rude too.
