No goals for me in regards to work. I like my spot and I can pay my bills. My job isn't stressful and I like it that way.

I love that too. My collegues earn more and do more complicated work. I could have done extra courses and effort, but why? To earn more? Bye. I live here for my fun. No use anyway where I live. The govt would just take the extra I'd make. I'm rather lazy than tired.
