How do you react when someone gives you unsolicited advice?

If it is meant well it's good and I say thanks and otherwise just let it slide, use sarcasm, block em or leave.

Usually I like to think I'd appreciate the sentiment even if I didn't care for the advice. If it was the sort of person who expected everyone else to live the way they live (or, worse, the way they think other people should live) I may be less amenable to it.

I can say "thank you" and move on to make my own decisions. If five people are giving me the same advice, it's time to take a hard look at it. Sometimes you can take bits and pieces of advice and incorporate some of it without taking all of it. Sometimes their advice is something you haven't thought about yet. If it's someone who constantly tries telling you how to live your life, I will usually eventually distance myself from them.
