Amazon return fee

Amazon has started charging a fee for some returns made at UPS stores.

Customers living near a free drop-off location who decide to return their package through UPS may have to pay a $1 fee, an Amazon spokesperson said Tuesday.

Good. Wehkamp does it too and H&M. Some ppl just order a load of clothes, look if they fit, hmm neh, lets send it back and pick only one, like if they were shopping in a store.

I've only returned one thing before and that was a phone. I've tried to return two other things, but contacted the sellers about it first to tell them what was happening and they told me to keep the products and they would send out another one for free. That was cool.

They have the option though if you live near a Whole Foods or Kohl’s to return for free, so that’s an alternative.
