Today I received, as a package delivered by FedEx a leather bound copy of the Knox Bible. Translated by Ronald A Knox from Latin into English, it is a very attractive volume, gilt edged paper, nice print, leather cover that smells of leather. I am very pleased with it. It has a sewn binding, 1456 pages. So, you may see quotes from it in my posts in the coming days.
