Hiding a link behind a warning

I wanted to post a link to something, but provide a warning first that some people would probably find it disturbing. And of course I didn't want to get into trouble.

Is there a way I can do this so that I can hide it some button or something that has to be pressed to reveal the link?

Under more options, click on Spoiler and enter your warning. Then insert your link.

Upon further investigation, I've decided not to post the link, as I found the veracity of the person involved questionable. However, now I know how.
