What's a genuine miracle you believe has happened in your life?

What's a genuine miracle you believe has happened in your life?
I think if a person knows that God controls everything we experience, the miracles become more obvious. I see my entire Christian life from the beginning as a series of miracles. Some examples are when we were stranded in a foreign country needing plane tickets, the Lord opened a door to sell a couple of songs I wrote years earlier. They fit with the soundtrack of a movie of the same theme.

Another was an often loose dog in the neighborhood we feared would harm or kill one of the neighborhood kids. We had it on video attacking a pedestrian walking his dog on the other side of the street. Which brought the cops to question the owners and view our ample video evidence of leash law, and possible drug house activity. The videos proved they were lying every time they tried to wiggle out of it. Shortly thereafter they moved.

Another miracle came through my trying to live the Sermon on the Mount as a career. Jesus says he will provide all of your needs if you seek first his kingdom. Dropping out of music and homeless, I began working low-rung, part-time dead-end jobs as unto the Lord. In the end, I retired early, debt free, on my own dime. Never needing public assistance. In this, I saw job closings on Friday, and I went to work doing something else the next Monday, never looking for a job. My skill sets developed along with higher-paying jobs all tailored to my abilities. Once tripling the monthly sales record for the 50+-year-old business I retired from.

An example: A couple walks in to rent a digital piano for $150. One of them was a piano wiz, so I showed them a $175000 concert grand. They bought it!

Unless you know God controls everything, you might miss the less obvious miracles in your life.

Giving birth is an absolute miracle. I am amazed at how a baby can grow in the womb and then be born.

The type of cancer I had is usually diagnosed at stage 3 or 4 and survival rate is poor, mine was Stage 1. This was in 2003 and have been free of cancer since then.

I think the quickest response to prayer I ever had was on a bike trail. A hawk flew overhead with a squirrel clutched in its talons. I prayed "Lord, in Jesus' name do not let this happen". About a minute later the hawk flew over a thicket releasing the squirrel into the safety of several trees that broke the fall.

My salvation experience.
God made my salvation known to me when I was 20. Unexpectedly, the Lord converted me over a period of 3 days. I began telling people that I didn't know what was going on but I think Christ is real and he is dealing with me.

The joy of the Holy Spirit and God's love had become real and excited me. And I didn’t want it to stop but feared that it might. On the evening of the 3rd day my happiness turned into remorse. God convicted me of sins I didn't even know existed. I began praying, sobbing and asking his forgiveness. I fell asleep exhausted in tears only to awake the next day absolutely convinced Christ is real and had saved me.

I had never been so excited about anything. I began telling friends and others. I saw a whole string of conversions in and around people I knew. They believed me and wanted in on it too. None of us were churched, so we began experimenting with going to different churches. We and our girls rattled a few churches with our enthusiasm.

Later, not wanting to be unequally yoked together with unbelievers, I gave up my career and began living the sermon on the mount (Matthew 6:24-34). Seeking first the kingdom of God as a career. To make a long story short, I began working unskilled labor part-time as unto the Lord. And retired early, many years later out of my own pocket, never missing a day's work or needing public assistance. Even thru two major recessions and job closings. The Lord is faithful.
