How do you deal with tailgaters when you are driving the speed limit?

I don't look at them. I don't let them bully me into speeding or being reckless, I ignore them and hope that they turn onto another street.

Tolerate it for a short time, then gradually slow down until they either back off or overtake. I don't care which one they do, but sooner or later they will do one of the two.

Considering I only drive in the right lane unless I'm passing, I'd either

a) move over if I'm in the left lane

or

b) Do nothing if I'm in the right lane. Pass me or go away.

Basically what Jazzy said, except in Aus the right lane is the passing lane and the left is the one for slower traffic, as we drive on the left.
