Varies a LOT by location. But generally $2500 to $3000 a month; $4000 or more for a premium location. You MIGHT find something for under $2000 but not in a neighborhood you'd want to live in.

Not really sure. I think a few hundred, depending on location. If you don't mind a less desirable location maybe $5-600. A lot depends on whether utilities are included.
