salutations dear ruth and you lot. just munching on some toast with pumpkin spread and a rice crispy treat. but with a twist! i added high fiber cereal, not rice crispies. yum. all that stick butter and pillowy soft marshmallows melting in the pot.

Thanks Mark. Sometimes I just need a break from the internet and I rarely take one but yesterday I did. I did get plenty of rest, too.

Well, I slept all day today, too, don't know why I've been so tired. I think it may be the change of weather. It often does me in. lol

I did. I just felt so very tired and layed on the couch and turned off the tv and slept all day.

Yeah, I have days like that too...I just don't even turn on the computer and I do other things...it's good to do that every once in a while.
