Does Daniel chapters 8 and 11 prophesy about events that took place in Maccabees?

I don't recall any mention of "Jesus celebrate the Feast of Dedication".

And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter. And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch. Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one. Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

Walking on Solomon's porch has a meaning.

No where in this scripture is celebrating mentioned

A wonderful blessing this pesach afternoon.
Martin Luther recognized 1rst Maccabees as containing fulfillment of prophecy in Daniel

How many times does the bible mention holidays and how many of those are mentioned as pagan holidays and used a marker for when Jesus did certain things?

There are 3 high holy yammin(days) and no others.

When Yeshua visited the steps facing south named after Solomon.
It was to remind those there of the coldness experienced by Adam and Eve.
They attempted to cover themselves with a fig leaf thinking the warmth of summer had passed.

And when Yeshua reminded the questioners.
How did they react?

So that's why the NT mentions the feast of dedication?

With exegesis a person will likely find more than wisdom

I get that, I am not dismissing proper exegesis but you do realize that this is a so called "hidden" book we are talking about, "hidden" in the Bible for 18 centuries before it was caught ;)

I meant it was in the HOLY BIBLE up until the 1800s when the printing press appeased the demands of protestants and the original 1611 King James Holy Bible was miraculously transformed into the official and more contemporary KJV Holy Bible (100% more Holy!)..

As if Jerome's "Apocrypha" label was at last recognized by Christians some 200 years ago for the first time in history and the production of certain "secular" books were finally regulated, as if the first translation and mass reproduction of the Hebrew to a common tongue was just some spontaneous unwarranted fluke not intended for Christians to witness by, as if they were solely depended on what the unbelieving Jews held as scripture ... albeit; the rejection of the entire NT is permissable of them (the Jews), as long as they bless the believing Christian world with what they consider OT canon-AFTER the fact! (Proto-Masoretic Hebrew canon est. in Jamnia, 90 A.D.)

Oh,

I can explain it. Can you?

Can you explain what Daniel 8 is talking about?

Who’s the goat? Who’s the prominent horn between its eyes?
What does it mean when the horn is broken off?
What does it mean when the 4 other horns grow up in its place?
What is the “little horn” that it mentions?

Then, on to the end of chapter 10 and the beginning of chapter 11.
Who is the king of the South?
Who is the king of the North?

Can you answer any of these questions? Have you researched these things at all?

I have studied enough to know that a kingdom divided against itself will not stand.

The covenant involves a heifer, she goat, and ram.
With 2 birds as witnesses.

The horn(s) represent an arrogance towards Heaven and the 4 corners of a garment.

Do you agree?

You really haven’t studied this at all, have you?
Study the fact that there is a single ram.
And understand that daniel is not a prophet

I have studied enough to know that you're avoiding a majestic summary.

In order to understand the prophecy, you have to know history. If you don’t know history, it won’t make sense. So let me see if you know history first.

Do you know who conquered the Medes and the Persians? It was a great king of the past. Very well known. Can you name him?

I’ll give you a hint. His name starts with an “A”.

According to secular historians there are two ruling parties .
N°, One in Syria
S°,The other in Egypt.

So please summarize who the 4 kingdoms are.
