I went to the beach in October. Spent a lot of time walking on the sand and the wildlife refuge. Not very many other people there so the only annoyance was putting a scrap of cloth on my face to go indoors anywhere.

Chances are I'll go there again when it warms up a bit, assuming enough places are open to make it worthwhile. I only have three large boxes and a bathtub full of shells, I could use some more

My husband wanted to go to the beach but nothing was open at the time so it would have been a wasted trip to just stare at the water and wonder where we would use the bathroom

We checked what would be open and what requirements were in place regarding socks on heads. I can tolerate a face covering for a relatively short time indoors but had they been required outdoors we wouldn't have bothered either.

In a couple of places on the beach we saw someone fishing, sitting in their chairs in the full glare of the sun with nobody within 100 feet or more of them, with a cloth over their face. I'm not sure who they were trying to protect.

They were just trying not to get a fine or put in jail. People with power seem to be going crazy.

In some places, but when you've got people walking on the beach with no face coverings and most people walking about outside with no face coverings it's not like being the only person without a sock on your head.

I've always wanted to go up to New England and look around at stuff like the Liberty Bell and the declaration of independence and see the fall leaves changing up there

I would like the opportunity to visit Australia once the travel restrictions have been lifted. Snorkeling the great barrier reef and visiting Bondi Beach are just two destinations that I want to visit in the country. Planning to go away for at least 1 month.
