Do you think the queen of Ethiopia changed the color of her skin?
Did the Ethiopian that Phillip ministered to and baptized change the color of his skin?

(God changes from the inside ... removing a dead heart of stone and giving a living heart of flesh. Men change nothing without God ... like the color of our skin, we are who we are.)
