Peter and Paul preached differently on Baptisms and the Holy Ghost.

Baptisms:

The twelve preached salvation upon baptism (Acts 2:38 Mark 16:16)

Paul was not sent to baptize (1 Corinthians 1:17)

The Holy Ghost:

The twelve preached the receiving of the Holy Ghost upon baptism (Acts 2:38).

Paul preached that the Holy Ghost was received upon belief (Ephesians 1:13).

There is one baptism as scripture declares. I'm not sure why you're trying to turn it into two? Peter and Paul both believed the same about baptism and the 12 taught the same.

The one baptism spoken of by Paul was the baptism of the spirit.

The Christian baptism is of water and spirit. Both Paul and Peter taught the same Christian baptism. There is a passage in scripture where men hadn't received the spirit in their baptism and that might have been because they had only received John's baptism which was repentance only. So for whatever reason they hadn't received the Holy Spirit which is promised in baptism (the one true baptism of water and Spirit).
