I don't think anyone watched the video but it's the basic underline gospel and a powerful message to those fearing that it's the end.. I myself was in a bitter mentality that this was the plague that signaled the end but after watching this video my spirit is higher than it's been since the pandemic began. I encourage watching it and sharing it with others who might need to be comforted thank you

We have been in the End Times since Jesus ascended into heaven. As for will we be seeing the 2nd Coming soon, Jesus said No one will know the day or time.

The guy in the video speaks of "the rapture" and "tribulation" and things that Lutherans disagree with. Once he started in on that I shut the video off.

I learn something new everyday, I don't get the hype of the rapture because there will still be Christians that go through the tribulation, what do Lutherans believe about this?

Well his dad is a minister of a non-denominational church.

Yeah, no doubt things are weird, alright. My mom even joked we had been taken over by aliens. :D Yeah, this is surely a wakeup call, the worst one in recent memory.

Whether or not Christians go through the tribulation is itself the subject of much debate, much of it doing little more than cementing existing viewpoints.

From what I can tell some people that Christians will be raptured before the tribulation, leaving those behind to face the descent into chaos. Some believe Christians will be raptured mid-tribulation (I believe the most common variation of this is a rapture half way through, before the seven bowls of wrath). Some believe Christians will be required to endure until the end, although many won't make it that far. And then there are those who believe there is no rapture at all, or that the events of the Revelation are historic, or that the book of Revelation was the work of a mind deranged as a result of extended exile.

Many in our country claim that they prophesied about these things few years ago and we people didn't listen. Now what they do is pull the old video of their prophecy and claim it.

It is already written in Matthew 24 and these people just make it big that's it.

I believe it to be both intellectually and spiritually unhealthy to spend your time in end times speculations. It is far better to live your life in such a way as to make this world a better place not just for the present but into the distant future.

I'd be inclined to suggest it's unhealthy not to at least be aware of times and seasons. I agree it's unhealthy to get obsessive about whether this or that thing is the mark of the beast, or whether this or that person is the antichrist or whatever else but it doesn't hurt to at least observe patterns and trends.

Of course there's a difference between watching patterns and trends as a sideline and spending more and more time poring over the fine details of the Revelation trying to prove that the sky is falling.

No arguments about living in a way that makes the world a better place!
