Because of the high humidity here in Florida, the heat index is usually higher than the temperature, and I like to report that instead because it seems more dramatic. LOL!

Hehehe...I think I will pass. Snow is great when you're a kid, but when you have responsibilities it's not quite as much fun.

I think I would find myself to be quite useless behind the wheel on snow and ice.

You and every other southerner I have met. I was in the Houston area back around 1980 and at the time they got about an inch or two of snow and they shut everything down as people could not drive in it and they had no way to clear the roads. I went to work and they asked me how I got there and when I said I drove they were so amazed.
