It's been a stressful work week with my clients. Seems like everyone is behaving badly lately. I'm looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow and resting

I went to the gym today and ran for about 37 minutes on the treadmill and did some sit ups and leg weight machines. It felt good to be back in the gym after not really working out at all in over a week

I feel like it has been a productive but stressful work week. for some reason my blood sugar shot up to 300 this evening and now it is coming back down
