Well the wealthy folk dressed their children in dresses even if it was a boy in the early 1900s.
Wearing 'strange' clothing is forbidden in the bible

You are making it up that God doesn't hate it for men and women to wear each other's clothes.

Perhaps you could enlighten me, then, as to exactly which OT statues apply and which do not. You're clearly happy to accept that some don't but seem to consider it perfectly acceptable that the marketing department of a clothing manufacturer gets to decide whether it's sinful for me to wear this garment or that garment.

If your wife's friends clothes are that unrecognizable as men's, then why don't they just wear clothes made for women?

They wear what fits and is comfortable. It doesn't seem like such an unreasonable thing to do.

I would like to enlighten you.

We don't have to observe special days anymore because all those special days were about Jesus and now we don't observe days but we are to observe Jesus all day every day.

The males don't have to be circumcised in the flesh; we all only have to be circumcised in the heart by Jesus when we receive his Spirit.

We are no longer separated as a people by the kind of food we eat and how we cook; we are separated now by who obeys and who doesn't.

We don't have to do external baths anymore before we go to the temple to worship God; we are washed by the Spirit by obedience to the words of God.

No more sacrificing animals because Jesus' blood cleans us once and for all.

We don't even have to go to the temple because we become the temple.

No more cutting off the hand for hand and foot for foot and eye for eye.

No more stoning to death for adultery and other things.

No more three divorces.

Hair length and beards and covering is cultural, because Paul says by nature we see it.

Not wearing clothes with two different materials also were to show an outward sign of people who looked different towards the world and who were set apart for God. Now we are set apart by being modest and good people who don’t take part in evil.

God doesn't want men to dress as women and vice versa. It does look homosexual. If parents let their children wear opposite gender clothes, then they are promoting confusion in their child and priming them for homosexuality.

But sinfulness or otherwise is now decided by the marketing department?

God knows you don't care.

Awesome work.... way to make your point. Sadly you missed the chance to make snide remarks about whether I actually read the Bible, or which spirit I'm listening to, but you're on the right track for a successful career in social media argument.

Where did children come into this, and how do you get the idea that children are "primed for homosexuality" because they wear something that fits? There is quite a difference between a man wearing a dress and a woman wearing this pair of jeans rather than that pair of jeans. You know, men and women both wear jeans these days and unless you want to assert that an adult woman is suddenly going to become a lesbian because she wore a pair of jeans sized "34W, 32L" rather than a pair sized "18" your argument is just silly. But, you know, let's let the marketing department decide what's sinful rather than doing something reckless (like, oh, maybe considering cultural context or something).

You just couldn't say thank you for all that information I said about Jesus fulfilling the old law?

You missed the chance so that you could make this snide remark.

So no one is allowed to speak unless you give permission?

One of the first things mentally ill homosexuals say is that they knew they were gay because they wanted to put their mother's shoes on and hold their mother's purse when they were two years old.

Find clothes that fit you and stop sinning against God.

No, not really.

You know, men and women both wear jeans these days and unless you want to assert that an adult woman is suddenly going to become a lesbian because she wore a pair of jeans sized "34W, 32L" rather than a pair sized "18" your argument is just silly. Maybe you need a woman who knows how to shop to help you stay out of the men's department.

Did I say that? You seem to be spinning one topic into another topic here.

One of the first things mentally ill homosexuals say is that they knew they were gay because they wanted to put their mother's shoes on and hold their mother's purse when they were two years old.

This is based on a sample of how many people?

Find clothes that fit you and stop sinning against God.

Oh, I have plenty of clothes that fit me. Some of them are even branded unisex by the marketing department. Years ago I had some unisex hiking pants and my wife had a pair that were identical in just about every way except hers were smaller. As we both lost some weight we both needed some smaller hiking pants. By then her pair (that were now too big for her) fit me perfectly. Fancy that. I'm just thankful the marketing department listed them as unisex or I'd be on the fast track to hell for sure, if what you're saying has any merit.

No, not really.

It is hard to take you seriously if you can't tell the difference between someone choosing clothes that fit regardless of what the marketing department says, and someone dressing in clothing more or less universally recognized as being for the opposite sex. You know men and women both wear jeans, right?

I hope the next time I have something tailored to my precise needs the tailor doesn't decide to play a prank with my eternal destiny and design something for a woman who happens to be sufficiently similar to my size. I'd hate to think of sinning so severely without even knowing about it.

Maybe you need a woman who knows how to shop to help you stay out of the men's department.

Wait, what? You want me to stop sinning against God but now you want me to stay out of the men's department? Do you actually read posts before replying to them?
