I slept a lot on Halloween. Had a Mammogram in the afternoon. So glad I got THAT over with and it hurt! Oh well, all better now. Nothing like getting smashed. You ladies know what I mean.

My Mammogram came out okay. I was nervous about it because my Mom died of Breast Cancer. She was first diagnosed at 65 not real far from my age now. She died at 73.
Today was a horrible day for me with lots of anxiety that was almost unbearable, I did the best I could and so I slept a good deal of the day and that always helped.
