At Starbucks to catch up on some HR paperwork for my job that was dated July 16th and they didn't mail out until the 30th. These guys are slow as slugs. But it's for my taxes and Blue Cross. I need the insurance for sure, so I'd better get this done. Modern health authority, ancient processes.

Tomorrow's the Men of Hope Lutheran Church's Fellowship Breakfast morning, so I'm going to do my morning devotions before I go to bed, so I'll be able to get out nice and early.

Just did some youtube video exercise for senior beginners in a chair. It made my blood sugar go down! I did some good walking yesterday too that lowered it, too. I'm starting to understand diabetes more and more and how to manage it better...still have a long way to go in learning of course, I never want to stop learning in life. :spinningsmilie:

Unproductive day today. Woke up with a headache that just wouldn't shift so I took some painkillers - I very rarely use painkillers - and pretty much waited it out. So far today I've barely moved from my recliner. Curiously the thing that seems to have made the headache go away is a few sips of cold brewed coffee. Or maybe the painkillers just took longer than normal.

Hopefully I'll be able to get something useful done with the remainder of today.
