Our "vacations" have always been going back to our hometown to visit family. So they aren't really vacations. Our daughter will be coming to live with us soon (I'm so happy!!!) and then we'll do some day trips as a family again. I can't wait.

I was going to go on a short vacation but the hotel handled things incorrectly and they would not let me pay cash! Imagine that! Cash is no good anymore! They wanted me to have a credit card with a certain amt. of money on it. I didn't know how much and was told that was okay until I got to the hotel and they told me the woman made a mistake telling me that. Oh well. Some day I will have a vacation.
