I stayed home and made chicken.

Staying home can be nice and comfortable. My daughter is thinking of moving out where we live so subsequent holidays will be at home with few exceptions to visit my parents.

I had a really great time. I love seeing my daughter and can't wait for her to move out closer to where I live!! I am more hoping she'll move in with us but you can't convince a 20something to move back in with parents after having so much freedom for years LOL

I am very sick with a bad cold right now. Ugh.

Mucinex really does help!! Do you have an incentive spirometer? I think they are amazing things that help to take deep breaths and I got one after my last surgery (they had never given me one to use before) and it really helped me to stop my post-surgery cough. I wonder if it would help you a bit?
