Whom much is given much will be required.

It is referenced repeately in the parables of Christ and most likely in Psalms, also repeatedly.

How does that sentence translate into your statement: "the genuinely ignorant have their sins paid for."

What context allows such a leap in thinking?

We are given faith and gifts by GOD. Knowingly neglecting to use such is wholly wrong.

There are others that haven't been persuaded of GOD. these will be judged against their actions alone, not on what they didn't know.

The context is that GOD is merciful.

I wont be able to respond for a while; my eyes were just dialated by the doc.

God only gives the gift of faith to those whom He chooses. Not all humanity will have faith, regardless of intellect.
If a person has been chosen, that person is justified by the atoning sacrifice of Christ Jesus. The debt is paid. No works could ever add or subtract from this.
Those to whom God has left in corruption will have no justification and their judgment is eternal damnation. There is no mercy for those whom God has not chosen to adopt.
There is both grace and mercy given to those whom God has chosen to adopt.
All of this is by God's ordination.
What is not stated is your claim that the ignorant will have their sins paid for. You are projecting an opinion as though it has biblical support.

I am portraying God as He has stated in the Bible. Read Romans, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, Acts, John, 1st & 2nd Peter, etc. In the Bible you will repeatedly read that God makes the choice regarding His Kingdom and His judgment over sin. Neither you nor I have any say in the matter.
I am sorry that you feel the God of the Bible is a sick monster. I can only pray that God would choose to bring you to repentance and give you the gift of faith.

That's odd. I read and understand the bible without such connotations being ascribed to our Lord and GOD.

Huh...do you understand this?
Ephesians 1:4-6,9-11
[4]Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.
[5]God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.
[6]So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son.
[9]God has now revealed to us his mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill his own good pleasure.
[10]And this is the plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ—everything in heaven and on earth.
[11]Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan.

Who was Paul's audience?
Ephesians 1
[1]This letter is from Paul, chosen by the will of God to be an apostle of Christ Jesus.I am writing to God’s holy people in Ephesus, who are faithful followers of Christ Jesus.
Pops, sadly you cannot comprehend, which is why you call God a monster.

I am sharing what God expresses in the Bible. You call God a sick monster because I share about God.
Hebrews 10:1-31
[1]The old system under the law of Moses was only a shadow, a dim preview of the good things to come, not the good things themselves. The sacrifices under that system were repeated again and again, year after year, but they were never able to provide perfect cleansing for those who came to worship.
[2]If they could have provided perfect cleansing, the sacrifices would have stopped, for the worshipers would have been purified once for all time, and their feelings of guilt would have disappeared.
[3]But instead, those sacrifices actually reminded them of their sins year after year.
[4]For it is not possible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
[5]That is why, when Christ came into the world, he said to God, “You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings. *** But you have given me a body to offer.
[6]You were not pleased with burnt offerings *** or other offerings for sin.
[7]Then I said, ‘Look, I have come to do your will, O*God— *** as is written about me in the Scriptures.’”
[8]First, Christ said, “You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings or burnt offerings or other offerings for sin, nor were you pleased with them” (though they are required by the law of Moses).
[9]Then he said, “Look, I have come to do your will.” He cancels the first covenant in order to put the second into effect.
[10]For God’s will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.
[11]Under the old covenant, the priest stands and ministers before the altar day after day, offering the same sacrifices again and again, which can never take away sins.
[12]But our High Priest offered himself to God as a single sacrifice for sins, good for all time. Then he sat down in the place of honor at God’s right hand.
[13]There he waits until his enemies are humbled and made a footstool under his feet.
[14]For by that one offering he forever made perfect those who are being made holy.
[15]And the Holy Spirit also testifies that this is so. For he says,
[16]“This is the new covenant I will make *** with my people on that day, says the lord: I will put my laws in their hearts, *** and I will write them on their minds.”
[17]Then he says, “I will never again remember *** their sins and lawless deeds.”
[18]And when sins have been forgiven, there is no need to offer any more sacrifices.
[19]And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus.
[20]By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place.
[21]And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house,
[22]let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water.
[23]Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.
[24]Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.
[25]And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
[26]Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins.
[27]There is only the terrible expectation of God’s judgment and the raging fire that will consume his enemies.
[28]For anyone who refused to obey the law of Moses was put to death without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
[29]Just think how much worse the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God, and have treated the blood of the covenant, which made us holy, as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to us.
[30]For we know the one who said, “I will take revenge. *** I will pay them back.”He also said, “The lord will judge his own people.”
[31]It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

All speaking of the knowing hypocrite, not those who genuinely don't know of GOD, who will be judged at the same time by the same scales; against their works and words and secret intent.

You're not judged by what you don't know. You are condemned by your own rebellious sin. Hebrews 10 makes it very clear.
However, the Bible does tell us there is no condemnation for a certain group of people (it's not the ignorant). Do you know who?
"There is now therefore no condemnation for those who..."
I'll let you figure it out.

How could those who actually believe Christ ever be condemned? GOD is wholly righteous.

I'm glad you admitted that the genuinely ignorant are not condemned.

You are avoiding God's word.
What does God's word say? Does it say there is no condemnation for the genuinely ignorant?
No, it doesn't.
What does God's word say?
"There is now therefore no condemnation for those who are..."
Perhaps you just don't know the rest of the passage.
"There is now therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."
There have been threads discussing justification and what it means to be in Christ. Perhaps you have missed those threads.
I understand you refuse to admit you made an assertion that is biblically unfounded. It may be out of your ignorance. God, however, won't forgive you because you were ignorant, just as a police officer won't forgive your excessive speeding because you were ignorant of the speed limit.

You said it yourself, only worded it differently. This game is a bore; I'm out. You seem stuck on phrasing or something.
I wish you the best....there is only one best....all else is naught.
