You should see a rotating star near the top of the page when viewing any featured threads, and also when viewing the thread list in a forum, you will see a smaller version of this star to the right of the titles of all featured threads.

You should see a rotating star near the top of the page when viewing any featured threads, and also when viewing the thread list in a forum, you will see a smaller version of this star to the right of the titles of all featured threads.
