If you look without the red circles, I think that's part of the editing error (look at the image enlarged), which gives a hint to one (or more) changes. I just don't see the third...

There are 3 things different about MoreCoffee's icon (as it stands on this day) than the image below. Identify them to win:

To get the super bonus "you are a very special individual" nomination, you can point out the 3 as well as describe how one is an editing error on my part.

Here is the answer:

1. Hair change color
2. Elongation of whole area that comprises the lower cross to the upper leg
3. Editing error: I have highlighted the error that only shows as a faint outline in original posted pic.

I thought something was different about the face, but attributed it to differences between photo viewer (where I opened the original) and the browser. The whole face has a bit of a different hue along with the hair color. That's the one I couldn't put my finger on.

My goodness, well on the very far right there is a vertical word "tone" or "one".
To the statues right, on the bench there is a green dot I cant make that out either. The left foot is also a bit disfigured.. Sorry I dont see another one and im sure some I have listed are just fuzzy pixelation lol oh well
