What is your spiritual gift?

There are different kinds of gifts but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. (1 Cor. 12:4-5)

Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. (1 Pet. 4:10)

Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. (Romans 12:4-6a)

What is your spiritual gift? How do you use it?

Personally I'm going through a period where I am trying to find a place to serve in the church I attend. I actually have a meeting tomorrow to discuss this with a church staff member.

I would think a gift of faith to be a great gift. I would think it would lead you to try and do big things for God.

The Holy Spirit blesses us with gifts according to the works he has planned for us now and in the future and although we don't use all our gifts at once I do not feel we are limited to only one or one at a time. This is the same of how we are not limited in our own characteristics or emotions and these are as well in relation to those around us, for there are members of our family we serve differently than members of our church family where we might have more patience and so to carry out the Spirit's gifts could be easier in that manner. As for myself I have the gift of mercy and as I age I grow in the gift of knowledge with the Spirit being ever my guide.

I usher at Church and can discern spirits, for instance, there is this guy that would sit next to me in the pews (before I ushered) and I could feel he had some bad spirits attached to him, i help in prayer for healing also I feel a change in him already, now things are happening in his life through God. Ushering helps me meet and greet and feel who might need immediate praying over. I also help lead worship now yay!

I think we have one primary gift and several other gifts perhaps in our lifetime based on what the Spirit wants us to do. He equips us
