We do have a few dangerous wild animals about. I think it's Donald Trump's fault.

Yes, of course it is his fault, and the fault of those who voted for him!

... says the guy from the country that hosts 9 of the 10 most dangerous snakes in the world, funnel web spiders and the like...

They are few in number in Australia whereas North America is infested with HUGE scary animals all over the place and rabies!!! and poisonous snakes!!! and poisonous spiders (all spiders are poisonous)!!! :scared:

Infested? Nah, you just learn to cross swamps by hopping on the heads of alligators, like in that old 80s video game Pitfall.

Ireland is a safer place. No snakes since saint Patrick expelled them. :)

Did he send them to Australia?

England only has a few snakes, none more dangerous than the adder. If you're in reasonable health you'll probably survive an adder bite, it just won't be much fun.

Antarctica doesn't have much in the way of dangerous critters. No need for AC there, either.

Australia is lovely, we don't have HUGE bears roaming the countryside.

North America is bear ridden and it has mountain lions! And you have all sorts of scary stuff as well as bands of crazy people causing riots! :scared:

By the way friend jsimms435, the dream means "Do not live in North America!" at least that was my interpretation in the morning after having the dream :)

The only bears I've ever seen are at the zoo :)

Most black bears don't want a human encounter any more than humans want a bear encounter. Typically if you make a lot of noise they'll back away, although if you come between a mother bear and her cubs all bets are off as she'll protect them.

Grizzly bears are a totally different creature, but from what I gather most of the US doesn't have grizzlies.

There's a camp on the Lofoten islands (off the north of Norway) where apparently if you want to go to the bathroom in the night you need to take a rifle, in case you encounter a polar bear.

I had a dream about living in Canada. I know it was Canada because my dream was set in Canada (I have no Idea why) and it was snowy and I had an interesting house surrounded by fields and the fields were surrounded by woods.
I'm thinking the universe
The house was two stories, It had a large deck on one side attached to the house via a bridge and under the deck was a robustly built large room (almost as large as the house) {quote]CD and CH
and under both the house and the large room were basements connected by a tunnel. An undergroung passageway from one to the other ...ehhh?
Everything was snow covered outside. Myself and some friends arrived at the house parked our SUV and hurriedly went into the room under the deck. We were being chased by a bear. I woke and decided that living in Canada was a bad idea because of all the bears!
Who knows what kind of bears haunts them hills of Phil's head lol

How do you North American chaps cope with all those darned bears?!!
Leave a apple tree or two for them out in the back 40 :)
