Every single day, multiple times a day.

I'm not comfortable with cookies and other "tracks" from various websites (including any financial ones I use, such as banks) on my computer for anyone else to see. So I often clear my history (the "everything" option) immediately after visiting a website that falls under "sensitive" under my definition insofar as the internet goes.

I also use a separate program that wipes all my browsing tracks (that are not cleared with deleting browsing history), and can be used to destroy sensitive files completely without the hope of recovery from data recovery software.

You must be surfing in places you don't want people to see???

Most of my surfing is done through encryption of some sort. Whether it be for a new pair of socks or the most exotic porn. :) I prefer not to be profiled and don't want to be the target of marketing.

Wiping extra tracks is just added precaution.
