I received How To Cook Everything by Mark Bittman in today's mail. I am pleased. It's a large book of over 1,000 pages and it's full of recipes for all sorts of things that I like to cook. So my cuisine ought to expand a little now.

Looking around at some old threads on CF.

I wonder if people still have the same opinions - 7 years later? Still think I'm nutz for believing that a few muslims can't hijack planes with box cutters, fly around at length without getting shot down and greatly exceed the plane's airspeed limit at near ground level where the air is denser to smack right into buildings that experienced air pilots can't manage to do with those types of planes?

Quite a few children were getting upset in that thread, and now - 7 years later, with all the additional research that has been done - I wonder if they still go bat crap crazy when someone pulls out those inconvenient facts - some of which I knew as early as 2003 - and was called nutz for it then.

Personally I never got into things on CF wasn't my thing then and still isn't today to be honest, but knowing people from there I would assume they are still nutz today as most where back then to be honest. I remember people from there going nutz really over nothing and still post there today i think. Haven't been back in a while now tho..I doubt they have changed to much to be fair..oops sorry didnt realise this was the singles thread..

Oh wait - do I care still? Really? I watched Schindler's list too - and the first time I remember - I cried. Now I'm not so sure (at least about the numbers and the gas chambers) - and it has nothing to do with a rising hatred of jews or race or anything like the crap people say it is. People say things like this because most of them are addicted to television and popular entertainment that *trains* them to say things like that. Just as they are trained to say "conspiracy theorists" (anyone who questions government) wear "tin foil hats" - but most do not even know that "tin foil" was phased out around 80 years ago. Proof positive they are mere drones repeating the programming they have received.

One of the reasons I know I can still post over on the other forum (and no, I have no, nor have had any accounts there since around 2 years ago (this July)) is that some of the staff had such a woody for catching me that they missed (and continue to miss) other people's socks.

That female account has posted the same stupid question at least 3 times now over the last few years, and been given the simple answer to it every time. No one is that dumb. Seriously! No one is that dumb. LOL! Well over 10,000 posts now! lol.

I've got to hand it to the guy who's trolling with that account...you are good. Way better than me at creating sock accounts. Oh...lol....when I saw that same question posted again...lol.

I smiled when I read that a certain person "who used to be known as (another name)" came back and starting posting under their new name. Their "another name" wasn't even their original there, and I am among the few who knows who that is. Can't use his original - since he dropped a bit too much revealing and personal data. And nothing against him - since he was always cool to me.

It's coming up to my 2 year "no alternate accounts" anniversary. Just a few days now.

Boy has the internet changed! I will eventually be leaving this site (I don't know when), and starting new accounts on other websites using new names. Unfortunately - there are just things I cannot say under this name anymore - as some things I really want to say...will get me in trouble with *someone* - either now or later.

It's sort of a shame about certain sites - the first one I was banned from (a non-religious site) has welcomed me back with open arms, but I have not returned. Instead, once I had access to my account I deleted a bunch of data there so I could move on. A pity, but it needed to be done. I learned my lesson about certain things and have added it to my internet rule-book of "You must never".

Fair enough I will only say that arcades have been reset on other boards, usually once a year, however, I understand your need to dominate something. No problem other than the fact noone seems to be using it now or at least not much. I have put up four tournaments and there is noone else wanting to play, seems as if activity there has died.

Ran into a familiar female stalker just recently. A real one, however benign. She's been coming around my workplace(s) for years, and all because of one bloody phone call from years and years ago!!! As much as I have tried to discourage her - she doesn't give up. Ugh!

So I pass her on my way into the store. "Hi ..........." she says sweetly. Double take. She's lost weight - a lot of it. A year ago she had double (xtra double) chins and was packing in the junk like there was no tomorrow. Now, almost an hourglass figure. Did she go nuts with exercise and eating healthy the last year or???

"Oh hey .....". Too enthusiastically. I can't hide that I'm impressed. But that's it...I continue walking.

No. I hope my being impressed didn't show too much. Weight loss does not = crazy loss. And she's crazy, I know this very well. Ugh.
