I think I was 5 and I couldn't keep up with the other kids? LOL I'm kidding yet I'm really not. It was when I was in Kindergarten that I realized I was heavier than some of the other kids. It's not that I ate more, it's just that I had a bad thyroid and an autoimmune disorder that wasn't detected yet. I suffered most of my life before it was truly discovered properly.

I had a few annual checkups when my doctor said I was overweight. I knew I was overweight. Then I took up walking daily, then got faster and then got into running to get a bit faster still. I'm not an elite athlete and never will be but way better than I was two years ago.
