You remember as a child

What was the first big news/event that you remember hearing or watching as a child?

I remember on my second birthday thinking this..."Today I understand that I am 2 years old and I remember that my first memory was of a white ball of light in front of me, which was surrounded by darkness." This explains my profile picture. I've come to believe that this experience was when the Lord spoke me into existence. I had a pastor and mentor who had the same recollection.

There was a man who could see and hear me through the tv. He asked me questions and I answered and he said: Yay! That's good! I thought it was fascinating and I picked up the cat to show him. Look! This is Vlekje! And he just ignored me. Bozo.
