"Learned the hard way" implies some sort of punishment/consequence or otherwise negative experience. So here are few lessons learned:
I would class being lied to and manipulated a great deal of my life something that fits that description. The lesson learned: Consider the source of the media one consumes, and who or what entities own it, or produce it, or sponsor it. For example I pretty much shun all corporate media, television or internet. I would never let myself get hypnotized by it again. I say "pretty much" because on occasion I do watch it, just to pick apart it's lies or to see how it's manipulating the masses.
People are amazed when I say I haven't owned a working television in over 10 years. The same people are eating McDonalds, getting covid jabs and boosters, worshiping "Israel" , think commercial air-buses can fly cruising altitude speeds at just a few thousand feet, and perhaps wondering what gender they really are.
- Do not take an excess of motion sickness pills in order to get a unique acid-like trip. When I was young and dumb I tried this and I'm relatively positive that at any older/unhealthier age I would likely have died. My heart was beating that fast. They weren't lying about the acid-like trip though. It was not worth it at all.
- When I was young and dumb I did a fair share of drugs, including injecting Heroin on several occasions. On one such occasion I did so while hungry on a near empty stomach, and did too much. It was a horrid experience that left me with excruciating, slam my head into the wall like pounding headaches and lethargic.
-Don't be friends with females (or males) that express sexual interest when you aren't open to it with them. I made this mistake with one female who was a friend only.
