Would you open the door?

There is a shooting in your building. You run to your safe room and lock the door. You hear someone outside begging you to let them in or they will be shot.

Would you open the door? (Why or Why Not)

If I had a safe room it would have video feeds so I could see what was outside, so I'd have more to go on than a random person begging.

Aside from that, unless I knew the voice of the person it would rather defeat the point of locking myself in a safe room if I was going to open the door for random people just because they asked me to.
