My new computer came with Windows 11. Had to get use to it in the beginning but just love it now.
Do you also have Windows 11?

From memory, my last Windows operating system was Windows 7.

I quit Windows years ago and use Linux exclusively. I'd never go back.

Yes, I have windows 11, 23H2. It's good. Only thing that annoys me a little is the secure boot stuff.
