WHO has said there is really no chance that Covid 19 started at a Wuhan lab in China. Well it took them over a year to head out that way and try to determine so evidence is long gone.

China claimed that it originated in the US. What if they're right?

This late in the day I wonder if it really matters. But I suppose it gives two countries an excuse to point fingers at each other while everybody else has another topic to bicker over.

Somehow it will become Trump's fault and they'll do more than impeach him? Just kidding but kind of not.

It's obviously Trump's fault because, well, everybody knows orangemanbad. At least Biden had a plan, or so we thought. The plan that we'll all put socks on our heads was almost as staggering a fail as the Republicans "repeal and replace Obamacare" call turning into clarity they didn't have a plan to replace it with anything specific.

But I guess Dopey Joe signing a royal decree that we have to put socks on our heads, even in the remotest parts of the national parks, will make the party faithful happy. Chances are the reality is it won't achieve anything at all, except create conflict where there was none before. You know, the sticklers for rules however stupid will take the chance to ignore the wide open spaces to get in someone's face because they don't have a sock on their head. Never mind that they are outdoors in the full sunshine and that until a minute ago there was nobody else within 100 yards of them.

Sometimes I wonder if people understand that the lack of a requirement isn't the same as a prohibition. If there's no requirement to put a sock on your head that doesn't mean you're not allowed to do it, if you think it will help. It just means other people get to make up their own minds.

The question on the origin of COVID-19 has an interesting parallel in the Spanish flu a century ago. It is called Spanish flu because it was a Spanish doctor who first identified and started studying it. However it as been traced back as far as Kansas and it was carried to Europe by soldiers from there.

Maybe we'll get the ultimate orangemanbad if someone claims that Trump cooked it up one afternoon. You never know ;)

I do not trust the WHO or it's parent organization, the United Nations, as legitimate authorities. They were set up by the very wealthy to influence and control nations. Besides the document below, there is also the 2010 Rockefeller document that describes in detail the results of a pandemic (such as was seen in 2020) in order to bring about a technological revolution (see: The Great Reset, promoted by associated organization - World Economic Forum).
