No one really wants to do anything for free these days. You can ask for volunteers from a church youth group maybe?

Consider writing it as a book first, it it goes over well it would become a basis for seeking help in making it as a movie.

Also, if it has to be that long consider producing it as an original movie in a shorter form first with the rest as being done as a sequel or sequels to it.
