Event: The Antichrist appears and makes a covenant with many (including Israel).
Scripture:

• 2 Thessalonians 2:3–4 — the “man of sin” revealed
• Revelation 13 — rise of the Beast system
Notes:
This begins Daniel’s 70th Week — the final seven‑year period.
The First Half of the Tribulation (3.5 Years)
Events:
• Temple worship restored (Dan. 9:27; Rev. 11:1–2)
• Two Witnesses begin ministry (Rev. 11:3)
• Global deception increases (Matt. 24:4–5)
• Wars, famines, pestilences (Matt. 24:6–8; Rev. 6:1–8)
Notes:
This is the “beginning of sorrows.”
Midpoint: The Abomination of Desolation
Event: Antichrist breaks the covenant and desecrates the Temple.

This triggers the Great Tribulation.
The Great Tribulation (Final 3.5 Years)
Events:

• Cosmic signs begin (Matt. 24:29; Rev. 6:12–14)

This is the most intense period of persecution in human history.
The Death & Resurrection of the Two Witnesses
Event:
• They are killed by the Beast
• Their bodies lie in Jerusalem
• After 3.5 days, they resurrect and ascend to Heaven

The Post‑Tribulation Rapture & Resurrection of the Saints
Event: Christ gathers His elect after the Tribulation.

• 1 Corinthians 15:51–52 — last trumpet

The Bowls of Wrath (45 Days) & The Marriage Supper of the Lamb
Events:
• God’s wrath poured out on the wicked (Rev. 16)
• Saints are in Heaven at the Marriage Supper (Rev. 19:7–9)

The Battle of Armageddon (30 Days) & The Return of Christ

Event: Satan is bound for 1,000 years.

• The 144,000 serve as firstfruits and witnesses (Rev. 14:1–5)

The Release of Satan & The Final Rebellion (Gog Hordes)
Event:
• Satan released

This is the final rebellion at the end of the Millennium.
