Just keys. Years ago my mother-in-law had to have her ignition switch replaced because she had too many things on her keychain and it weighted it down to much it ruined her ignition switch! My daughter did the same thing a few years ago to my car that she bought and we had warned her not to do it...but do kids listen?

I have two keychains. One has my home and car keys on it, the other has keys to a couple of things at church. I don't particularly need the keys with me but having had a couple of occasions where I couldn't find the keys where they were supposed to be I asked the pastor if he had a problem with me having my own copies, and he gave me the OK.
Sometimes I have something small on a keychain, like a souvenir keyfob or bottle opener or similar. Usually it's just keys. I typically don't want my keys to be too bulky because I like to be able to put them in a pocket.

Just keys. I do not like modern cars with all the electronic stuff and big key fob with pushbuttons, so I got a simple key for my 2008 Fusion. I like to keep it simple, two keys, car and house. Don't like bulky stuff in my pockets.
