What would you say to a relative who calls you unChristian?

Let's say you have a relative who is a Christian and disagrees with you on a few theological things and most political things. What do you say to that relative who calls you unChristian because of something you post on Facebook that lines with either your theological or political beliefs? What you post is not really relevant to the conversation. What I'm asking is how you deal with that relative or what do you say in return?

Easiest approach is a direct one, just what he/she/it means by unChristian and why she thinks that way (It could be anything from 'I just think it is' to 'my gay or lesbian pastor tells me it is'. If he/she/it brings up something like the Bible or Jesus says so then it opens the door to a biblical discussion, on that offers a chance to grow in deeper biblical understanding to both sides if they choose to take it.

It's important to know exactly where the other person is coming from, know exactly who they really are and what they truly believe. It's also important to let the other know the same about yourself for their benefit.

Keep in mind that different people can touch different parts of the same elephant and only by sharing your part with others and letting them share theirs with you allows a greater knowledge of the whole elephant. It's quite easy to be both right and wrong at the same time.
