What Is/are Your Favorite Vegetable(s)?

I need to eat more veggies as I bet a lot of us do. They are really good for us.

Which ones do you like most? Multiple choice.:disgonbegood:

I like putting a nice salad together at times and with mushrooms, red onions, tomatoes, lettuce and balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I love olives, too!!:groupheads:

Corn seed is actually a vegetable, a grain, and a fruit. Corn seed is a vegetable because it is harvested for eating. (Usually sweet corn when grain is harvested at the milk stage.) Corn seed is a grain because it is a dry seed of a grass species.May 18, 2009

I like all of those too but can't eat much potatoes any more. Have to limit the amount now. No more french fries! :kabong:

Me, too, but can't eat it anymore because of Diabetes. So, unfortunately I have to focus on veggies more now. Good for blood sugar. :)

Not fond of brussel sprouts, don't know what rutabaga is, and have not tasted asparagus in a long time. The rest on the list I like.

I love corn too during the summer. I have a crown on my front tooth because of an accident and was afraid to bite into the corn for a long time in fear that it would pop off but a dentist told me last year that if it ever popped off then someone did it wrong! So I was confident enough this summer to eat it on the cob again. So good.
