When God makes requirements of man, He also provides for us so that it gets finished. That's the great and powerful God that we have, truly loving and merciful.

This would be Matthew 6:33 "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." ?

That message clearly directs us to Christ. Of course, nonbelievers don't seek out God, it is He who goes to find them and brings them to His fold. Then He provides :)
