I'm pretty sure most know what Orthodox Priests wear when conducting the service.

At the last church I was settled at the minister wore regular day-to-day clothes. The church I attend now is a bit more conservative and the minister normally wears a suit. Quite a few of the older men wear suits. I don't wear a suit to church, I believe in "come just as you are" but wouldn't tell someone else what they should wear. If they are comfortable in their suit I'll leave them to wear their suit.
